At PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fixtures, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, uninstalled condition. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit one of our showroom locations with your original order number to begin the return authorization process.
- 2.Inspection and Approval
Ensure your product is in its original packaging with all hardware included; our specialists will inspect the item to confirm it meets our resale standards.
- 3.Shipping or Drop-off
Once authorized, you may drop off the item at a PDI showroom or ship it back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After the item is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs.
